ClassPass Referral Code 2026: Bonus Credits on Top of the Trial

ClassPass is the one program in this cluster where the friend gets the better end of the deal — bonus credits stacked on the standard 14-day trial. Here is exactly what lands, when, and what a credit is actually worth.

The honest version

ClassPass rewards both sides, but on very different clocks. The friend’s bonus credits show up at signup, on top of the 14-day free trial. The referrer waits: per ClassPass’s own refer-a-friend terms, the reward arrives in the referrer’s next subscription month beginning after the friend’s tenth day of a paid subscription — so a friend who trials and cancels earns the referrer nothing.

The other thing worth knowing before you count credits: a credit is not a class. Class costs in credits vary by studio, time slot and demand, and ClassPass prices plans differently by market — New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles run materially above the national list. Treat the numbers below as the list price, then check your own city in the app.

How ClassPass Refer-A-Friend works

1
Sign up through a referral link

The bonus credits attach at signup. Joining directly and entering a code later generally will not backfill them.

2
Use the 14-day trial to price your own studios

Open the app and look up the classes you would actually take. Credit costs differ per studio and per time slot, which is the only way to know what a plan is worth to you.

3
Pick the plan that matches your real cadence

Plans run 25, 48, 68 and 100 credits a month. Most people overbuy on month one — the smaller plan plus a mid-cycle top-up is usually cheaper than the next tier up.

4
The referrer is paid after day 10 of a paid month

Not at signup, and not during the trial. If the friend cancels inside the trial, no reward is issued.

The fine print worth knowing
  • The reward lands in the referrer’s next subscription month after the friend’s 10th day of paid subscription.
  • ClassPass caps bonus rewards — one bonus reward per person regardless of how many sets of friends are referred.
  • Credits expire with the billing cycle unless your plan rolls them over; unused trial credits do not carry into a paid month.

ClassPass plans and what a credit costs

Checked September 6, 2026. List pricing as of 2026. ClassPass prices by market — NYC, SF and LA typically run 20–40% above these figures — and the credits a class costs vary by studio and time slot.

Option Price Per class / credit Expires
Free trial — 14 days new members $0 plus referral bonus credits 14 days
Starter — 25 credits $55/mo $2.20 per credit monthly
Core — 48 credits $99/mo $2.06 per credit monthly
Premium — 68 credits $139/mo $2.04 per credit monthly
Elite — 100 credits $199/mo $1.99 per credit monthly

Per-credit figures are list price divided by credits — useful for comparing tiers, not a per-class price. A boutique class in a major market often costs far more credits than a gym session, which is where ClassPass math either works or does not.

Getting the most out of a ClassPass referral

  1. Always start from a referral link. The bonus credits are free to you and there is no downside — it is the one program here where the friend clearly gains.
  2. Spend trial credits on the expensive classes. Trial credits do not roll into your paid month, and premium studios cost the most credits, so that is where the free ones go furthest.
  3. Start on Starter. Moving up a tier mid-month is easy; discovering you bought 100 credits for a month you rode four times is not.
  4. Check the per-credit math against drop-ins. If your two or three regular studios cost 12–15 credits a class, compare that against their own class packs before committing.

Codes circulating on aggregator sites are usually just someone’s referral link with the tracking stripped — same bonus, no attribution.

Referring your own friends

Your referral link is in the app under the referral/invite section, and it is a real code you can share verbally as well as a URL.

Because the reward only triggers after your friend’s tenth day of a paid subscription, referring people who were already planning to subscribe is the only version of this that reliably pays. Bulk-sharing a link converts poorly.

ClassPass referral FAQ

What is the ClassPass referral code?
Referrals run on a personal link (classpass.com/refer/...) which carries a code — ours is TSB9HUFP14. Signing up through the link attaches the bonus credits automatically.
What does the friend get?
Bonus credits on top of the standard 14-day free trial, applied at signup. Joining directly and adding a code later generally will not backfill them.
What does the referrer get, and when?
A reward issued in the referrer's next subscription month beginning after the friend's tenth day of a paid subscription. A friend who cancels during the trial earns the referrer nothing.
How much does ClassPass cost in 2026?
List plans are 25 credits for $55, 48 for $99, 68 for $139 and 100 for $199 a month, with a 14-day free trial. Pricing varies by market — NYC, SF and LA typically run 20 to 40 percent higher.
How many credits is a class?
It varies by studio, class type and time slot; peak boutique classes cost far more credits than off-peak gym access. Check your own studios in the app during the trial before choosing a plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Trial credits do not carry into a paid month. Roll-over on paid plans depends on your plan terms, so spend trial credits before the trial ends.
