These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewPromo (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal browsing

4. Deals and Affiliate Links

ReviewPromo shares deals and referral links for products and services. Some links on the Service are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Deal terms, pricing, and availability are set by third parties and may change or expire without notice — we do our best to keep listings current but do not guarantee their accuracy at any given time.

5. User Reviews and Content

By submitting a review or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Grant ReviewPromo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service
• Represent that your review reflects your genuine experience and does not violate any third-party rights
• Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate in our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with the merchants whose deals we share, do not control their products or services, and are not responsible for your transactions with them. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users, not ReviewPromo.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewPromo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party product or deal referenced on it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
